Circularia does not own the products and acts solely as a technical intermediary.
Prices including VAT and additional charges
Product prices are provided by sellers.
Any applicable charges (delivery, handling, dismantling) are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Payment terms
Payment by bank transfer, credit card or any other method indicated on the platform.

Circularia may offer a secure payment system to guarantee transactions.
Delivery/execution terms and conditions
Delivery times and costs are set by the sellers.
The seller is responsible for shipping and ensuring that the delivery complies with the order.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers: legal period of 14 days, with some exceptions (second-hand goods sold by professionals ≠ right of withdrawal).
Professionals: no right of withdrawal, unless contractually agreed by the seller.
Circularia reminds you that transactions between professionals may exclude the right of withdrawal.
Statutory warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq.).
Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). As the products are second-hand, their condition must be clearly specified by the seller.
